At Ilkaa’s Fine Art Gallery & Atelier, we take great care in offering thoughtfully curated fine art photography and specialty pieces. Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, and custom-framed works, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
European Union Orders
If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right may not apply to one of a kind, commissioned, limited edition, specially framed, or personalized works, or to other items that are exempt under applicable law.
If you are an EU customer and have questions about your order, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to clarify eligibility.
Exchanges
In select cases, an exchange may be considered at our discretion. Any exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup and approved by our gallery prior to return or exchange.
Approved exchanges must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ilkaasfineart.com with:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as appropriate.
One-of-a-kind, Commissioned, and Limited Edition Works
All one of a kind, commissioned, and limited edition are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or in error.
