At Ilkaa’s Fine Art Gallery & Atelier, each piece is handled with great care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for in-stock items to be carefully prepared for shipment.
Certain works, including framed pieces, specialty items, or works requiring additional handling, may require additional processing time. If your order requires extended preparation, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers selected based on the size, weight, and fragility of the piece.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout where applicable. Larger or oversized works may require a custom shipping quote.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We are pleased to offer free local pickup and delivery within the Columbus metro area for eligible orders.
If local delivery or pickup is available for your purchase, we will coordinate details directly after your order is placed.
Oversized & Special Handling Works
Some large, framed, or delicate works may require specialized packing, freight, white glove delivery, or custom shipping arrangements.
In these cases, shipping may not be automatically calculated at checkout. We will contact you after purchase to confirm the best and safest shipping option.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ilkaasfineart.com and include:
- your order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
